摘要
本文采用Ｌｉｐｏｆｅｃｔｉｎ介导法，将构建的带有白细胞介－素１１（ＩＬ—１１）ｃＤＮＡ的逆转录病毒载体导入制备人Ｂ细胞杂交瘤的亲本细胞系ＨＦ２、ＡＰ８．６５３和ＳＰ２／０中，Ｇ４１８筛选稳定表达的抗性细胞，经克隆化后获得稳定分泌ＩＬ－１１的新型亲本细胞系。
