摘要
本文总结了作者在南京汽轮电机厂运用正交试验设计方法,寻找AA电机定子铁心叠压工艺最佳参数搭配的研究成果。通过对试验结果的分析与计算,找到最佳工艺条件并应用于生产中,不仅提高产品质量,而且也取得明显的经济效益。
Abstract In this paper is summarized author's research result, in which application of orthogonal test and design method to searching optimal match of technological parameters for stacking and pressing stator core of AA electric machines is carried by Naming steam turbine and generator works. Finding optimal technological condition by means of analyzing and calculating test results and its application to production not only increases products quality, but also obtains obvious economical benefit.
