摘要
本文是对作者在1991年用PAOE技术检测甘肃省大豆(G.max)时发现的SBTi—A2电泳谱带新类型的遗传研究结果之一。对单株上收获的212粒F2种子的电泳检测结果进行了卡方测验,符合孟德尔1:2:1基因分离规律。
A soybean germplasm with a new type of SBTi-A2 electrophoritic band was identifiedwith PAGE in study of soybean (G. max ) germplasms originated from Gansu province inChina by the author in 1991. Part of the results of genetic studies performed on the newgenetype was reported in this paper. 212 F2 seeds harvested from Tib X Tix (new type) F1plant were analyzed with PAGE and the segregation pattern fits 1: 2: 1 ratio indicatingthat the character was controled by a single major gene.
