摘要
本文报道了利用大豆自花受粉后形成的花粉管通道,将外源野生大豆总DNA直接导入受体栽培大豆品种中,其中一组合(D8701)获得的导入后代D89-982,蛋白质含量比受体提高了近2个百分点,球蛋白总量提高近10个百分点,并使其与大豆加工品质密切相关的11S球蛋白组分所占比例超过了70%,该品系经品比和异地鉴定,产量比标准品种提高11%,于1995年进入省区域试验;另一组合(D8705)的导入后代D90-1217,平均蛋白质含量比受体提高9个百分点,达48.47%,脂肪含量达18.34%,蛋白质含量十脂肪含量达到了66.7%以上。
This paper repotrs that the wild soybean exogenous total DNA was introduced into cultivated soybean through pollen tube channel. The receptor progeny(D89-982) was abtained ftom the combination D8701.Ii's content of protein increased about 2 percent morethan the recipient and it's globin increased about 10 percent. The proportion of 11S globinwhich was most in rebation with the processing quality of soybean was higher than 70%.The yield of this strain was 11% higher than the standard variety by varietal coparison andregional test,and as an entry in provienctal district test of 1995. The average protein contentof the reseptor progeny(D90-1217) of another combination increased 9 percent more thanrecipient. The content of protein was 48.4%,the fat was 18. 34%,the total content of protein and fat was higher than 66.7%.
