摘要
将s1100A型柴油机的气缸直径从100mm扩大到102mm,并且将其涡流室式燃烧系统改为直喷式燃烧系统。在此基础上研制成功了1102型直喷式柴油机。实验结果表明,1102型直喷式柴油机比S1100A型涡流室式柴油机的性能指标有了较大幅度的提高。在标定工况下,输出功率从11kW提高到12.5kW,转速从2200r/min提高到2300r/min,燃油消耗率从253g/(kW·h降低到234g/(KW·h).本研究结果为我国研制小型高速直喷式柴油机提供了相当的基础。
In S1100A diesel engines ,the cylinder bore is expanded frorn 100 to 102 mm and theswirl chamber combustion system is substituted by the direct injection combustion system, Basedon these conditions 1102 direct injection diesel engine is developed. The experimental resultsshow that the performance of 1102 direct injection diesel engine is improved greatly, comparedwith S1100A diesel engine. Under rated conditions, the power output is increased from 11 kW inS1100A diesel engine to 12. 5 kW in 1102 D.I. diesel engine, the engine speed is increased from2200 rpm to 2300 rpm, and the specific fuel consumption is reduced by 19 g/(kW· h), from253g/(kW· h)to 234g/(kW· h).This research work has provided corresponding basis fordevelopment of small D. I.diesel engines with high speed in China.
