摘要
用损伤分数的概念计算了转化管的临界裂纹长度;分别采用实验数据与能量率积分C ̄*关联法和Webster模型法对运行63000h和81000h的转化管进行了剩余寿命估算;分析了两种方法的实用性和局限性,从而指出了工程实际中适用的可靠的剩余寿命评价方法。
The critical crack length is calculated in terms of damage fraction. The residual lifehas been predicted by the correlation of experimental data with C ̄* and Webster’s equation forthe reformer tube in service for 63 000 h and 81 000 h respectively. The applicability and theshortcoming of the two methods are investigated. A reliable and applicable residual lifeassessement method is proposed for the industrial application.
