摘要
综述了CO激光器的理论与器件的发展过程,着重对放电激励小功率宽频带CO激光器和大功率工业CO激光器近年来国际上的研究动向作了介绍和分析,例举了许多发达国家应用CO激光器进行工业加工和开辟新应用领域方面的研究工作.认为CO激光器不仅理论上具有极高的量子转换效率,而且实际上已实现了高物理转换效率和技术转换效率;它将成为下一代的工业用大功率气体激光器的主选激光器之一.
This paper reviews the development of the theory and experiment of CO laser,andputs emphases on the analyses of the research trend of electrically excited broad band CO laserand high power industrial CO laser. It also describes various applications of CO lasers forindustrial processing and its new research fields in developed countries. The authors haveconcluded that the CO laser not only has high quantum conversion efficiency,but has realizedhigh physical conversion efficiency and high technical efficiency,and has become one of thesuperior candidate for industrial high power gas laser.
