Circular tooth gears play a certain role in gear drive. But,up to now,themeasurement of its tooth profile error is still a problem that hasn’t been solved. This thesismainly studies the principle and technique of the measurement of circular tooth gears and gives aractangular coordinates method to measure the tooth profile error of circular tooth gears.
