摘要
建立了基于均匀化理论的复合材料热膨胀系数预测方法,给出了预测热膨胀系数的细观均匀化问题的形式及其有限元求解过程,利用该方法预测了空心材料和单向纤维复合材料的热膨胀系数。所得结果与理论分析结果和实验值吻合较好,说明该方法是可靠的。
A homogenization- based methed is presented for predicting the thermal expansioncoefficients of composites,The formulation of microhomogenization problem caused by thismethed,and the schemes to solve this problem using finite element method are given. Asexamples,the thermal expansion coefficients of two kinds of materials are predicted.The resultsobtained are in good agreement with results of other analytical method in literature,and withexperimental data.
