摘要
提出了一个非等温混合同步最优综合的混合整数非线性规划改进模型,可对公用工程费用、换热面积、换热设备台数以及流股的匹配选择进行多目标同时优化,且模型本身不依赖于夹点技术及其网络温差。由于采用了新算法,消除了流股分流时的等温混合线性化假设,只需求解一次混合整数非线性规划问题就可得到包括分流情况在内的最优网络结果。
An improved mixed integer nonlinear programming (MINLP) model based on thestage-wise superstructure is proposed which can synthesize heat exchanger networks where utilitycost,exchanger areas, number of units and selection of matches are optimized simultaneously.Because of adopting a new MINLP algorithm,the assumption on isothermal mixing to calculateheat transfer area for streams splits is eliminated and the optimal network including stream splitscan be obtained by solving just once MINLP problem.
