摘要
将平均化方法与广义自洽有限元迭代法相结合,发展了广义自洽有限元迭代平均化方法,用于研究金属基复合材料的弹塑性行为。获得了具有平均意义的应力集中张量和弹塑性增量柔度张量,并将其应用于单向拉伸问题。给出了三轴应力状态下的基体平均增量拉伸模量,最后计算了短纤维(SiCw)增强铝复合材料拉伸性能,并与实验结果相比较,从而证明了本方法的有效性。
Uniting the averaging methods with the Generalized Self-Consistent Finite·ElementIterative Method(GSCFEIM), the authors have developed a Generalized Self-Consistent Finite-Element Iterative Averaging Method(GSCFEIAM)to study the elasto- plastic behavior of themetal matrlx composites. Deriving average stress concentratinn tensors and incrementalelastoplastic compliance tensors , the authors further use them for the tensile problems. And , theaverage incremental tensile modulus of the matrix for the triaxial state is presented. In the end,the authors calculate the tensile property of short-fiber(SiC。 ) reinforced aluminum matrixcomposites,which is compared with the experimental result to prove the validity of this method.
