带电粒子在电子束法脱硝中的行为及作用 被引量:1

摘要 模拟研究了电子束法脱硝中带电粒子的特性。结果表明带电粒子反应速度非常快,其浓度达到平衡所需时间很短;非带电粒子可与其分开处理。带电位于反应是自由基的重要来源。 The characteristics of charged particles have been investigated by electron beam.The results show that the velocity of charged reactions is much faster than that of unchargedreactions,The uncharged reactions and the charged reactions can be decoupled to deal with, andsome radicals are mainly from the charged reactions.
