摘要
在工作性变幅过程中,吊重沿水平或近似于水平轨迹移动,可以节省变幅功率.以变幅轨迹与水平线间的高度差最小为目标,以经验设计公式和边界条件为约束函数,对平衡滑轮补偿法的单臂架系统进行优化,并以80t起重机为例进行计算.其计算结果表明:变幅轨迹曲线有了明显改善.对变幅轨迹的高度差和曲线形状影响较大的多数是G、F、L_1和a.
During the operation of luffing mechanism,the load moving along a level line willsave the luffing power.In this paper,the optimization of the single boom system withcompensating pulley is studied,in which the minimization of the height difference between theluffing path and the fixed level line is the optimum destination,and the boundary conditions andempiric formulas are constralnt equations. Tak ing 80 t crane as an optimum example,thecalculated results show as follows :the luffing path is improved;the influence of G,F,L_1,and aon the path is distinct.
