积累L－苹果酸菌株R_（30）的选育

本文介绍了以富马酸产生菌Ｒ．ａｒｒｈｉｚｕｓ为出发菌株，诱变选育出Ｌ－苹果酸积累菌株Ｒ＿（３０）的研究方法；较佳条件下Ｒ＿（３０）菌株的摇瓶发酵积累Ｌ－苹果酸达６５ｇ／Ｌ，转化率为７１％。

This paper presents the work for mutation breeding of tbe strain R. 30 selected from the R,arrhizus accumulated fumarate acid.Under optimal conditions of shaking flask feimentation for the R.30,the accumulated L -malic acid attains 65 g/l and the yield approacbes 71 %。
