丁腈橡胶改性聚氯乙烯的研究──高档轿车密封条研制

THE RESEARCH OF MODIFIED PVC WITH NBR APPLIED AS A SUPERIOR QUALITY CAR SEALED STRIP

从ＮＢＲ（丁腈橡胶）改性ＰＶＣ（聚氯乙烯）出发，用改性后的ＰＶＣ做高档轿车门窗封条。研究方法是ＰＶＣ中加ＮＢＲ－２６．同时加入ＤＯＰ（邻苯二甲酸二辛酯）等其它助剂进行共混，通过性能测试，当ＰＶＣ／ＮＢＲ（Ｗ／Ｗ）＝１００／３０，其它组份不变时，共混体系综合性能最佳，物理机械性能指标达到国外同类产品水平。

Using NBR (Nitrile-Butyl Rubber)as the modifier this kind of PVC can be used as a superior quality car sealed strip.It shows that the multiple properties of the blending spstem are the best when PVC/NBR(W/W)equals to 100/30 and the other components kepe constant.At the same time, its mechanical properties come up to the in tenational standard of this kind of product
