摘要
有关ＭＩＳ建设资金的投入与综合效益的产出是企业决策者最为关心的主要问题之一，而系统的投资估算与效益分析又是一个比较复杂的问题，本文采用定性及定量分析的方法，从社会效益及经济效益两方面对系统的综合效益做了初步的分析，并给出了一个较为实用的系统投资估算的方法。
The investment estimate and its comprehensive benefit about MIS are of primary concern for the enterpnse pelicymaker.A preiliminary analysis for system,comprchesive benefit.analysing the social benefit and the economic profit qualtatively as well as guantitatively.is proposed in this paper. Practical method for the system investimnt estimate is presented.
