The Research on Bacteria Aetiology of an Explosive Epidemic Disease in Penaeus chinesis in 1993

１９９３年中国对虾发生了暴发性流行病，自病虾体内分高出多株细菌，主要是弧菌属和微球菌属．感染实验表明弧菌毒力强，球菌毒力相对弱．未除菌病虾组织浆悬液组比除菌病虾组织浆悬液组死亡快，证明细菌尤其是弧菌可加速暴发性流行病病虾的死亡，１６种不同药物敏感试验结果表明细菌对目前常用抗生素敏感性显著降低。

An outbreak of explosive epidemic disease occurred in Penaeus chinesis in 1993.Many strains of bacteria had been isolated from diseased shrimps.Most of them were classified as Vibrio and Microroccus.The challenge experiments demonstrated that the virulence of Vibrio was very strong but that of Microcorcuswas quite weak.The death rate of the shrimp infected with the tissue ho-mogenate from diseased shrimps was faster than that of filtered tissue ho-mogenate. These findings showed that bacteria,particularly Vibrio,could acce-larate the death of the diseased shrimps.The tests for sixteen different kinds of drugs indicated that the sensibility of bacteria to antibiotic lowered obviously.
