摘要 本文对鲤斯坦尼氏小体进行了显微及超微结构的观察,斯氏小体由许多腺泡组成.根据其组织学变化,可分为发育期、生长期、分泌期及萎缩期.发育期细胞位于腺泡壁或腔中,界线不清,胞核平均直径5.6μm,常见有丝分裂现象.生长期细胞位于腺泡周缘,胞质内出现电子密度高的分泌颗粒,细胞器发达,有排列成行的粗面内质网,众多的线粒体以及高尔基氏体.分泌期细胞器缺乏.萎缩期只有细胞核和少量残留细胞质. The structure of the corpuscles of stannius in carp Cyprinus carpio is observated in this paper.The stannius consists of many corpuscales.The stan-nius may divided be into four stages:development,growing,secretory and de-generation according to the changes of histology. The cells in development stage are on the wall or in the speace of corpuscles. The membranes are unclear.The average size of nucleus in 5.6 μm. Mitosis are observated frequently. The cells in growing stage are in edge of corpuscles.The high electron-dense granules appear in cytoplasma,There are endoplasmic reticulum lining,more mitochondria and Golgi complex. The organelles are absent in secretory and there are only nucleus and a little cytoplasma in degeneration.
