Structure and Properties of the Hard Chromium Coating of Cast Iron

用扫描电镜观察了铸铁镀硬铬的表面状态，并用硬度试验、结合力的测定和耐蚀性试验，研究了镀硬铬层的性能．结果表明，随着镀层厚度的增加．镀层表面瘤状物增多，网状裂纹减少；随加热温度升高，镀硬铬层的硬度降低，耐蚀性提高，结合力增大．

Observes the surface condition of the hard chromium coating by scanning elec-tron microsco pe method,studies the properties by hardness,adhesive force andcorrosion resistance test.The resuIts show that the hardness is decresed,the corrosionrc6istanee and adhesive force are increaed with the tempering temperature increasing.
