摘要
在机械封闭功率流试验台上,采用模拟实验方法,对研制的牵引齿轮试件进行了噪声、振动测试,并对噪声、振动信号进行了频谱分析,找出了其主要噪声源及准高速机车牵引齿轮噪声(振动)大小随实际工况转速、载荷变化的规律。
On the mechanical closed power-flow test-bed,the test pieces of the developing tractiongear have been measured on noise and vibration with the experimental analogy method and the frequen-cy spectrum analysi has been made on signal of noise and vibration. Finds out its main noise sourceand the regularity of the noise (and vibration ) of quasi high-speed locomotive's traction gear changewith rotating speed and load of actual operating.
