导管射频消蚀术阻断隐匿性房室旁道治疗室上性心动过速

Radiofrequency catheter ablation to abolish concealed accessory pathways in patients with atrioventricular reentry tachycardia

对１０例隐匿性房室旁道引起的室上性心动过速患者的１１条旁道（左室侧壁５条，左室前壁２条，左室后壁３条，左后间隔１条），以导管射频消蚀术成功地阻断全部旁道。没有严重并发症，随仿１～５个月均未复发。

Eleven concealed accessory pathways in ten patiens with atrioventricular reentry atchycardia were successfully abolished with rabiofrequency catheter ablation techique.All of these pathways located on the left sibe of the heart(5 left lateral wall,2 left anterior wall,3 left posterior wall,1 left posterior septum).During the follow-up of 1 to 5 months,the patients were free from tachyarrhythmias with no medications.No complications were noted. After the procedure,plasma CPK,CPK-Mb,SGOT and LDH increased slightly and decreased to normal level in 3-4days.Our results suggested that radiofrequency catheter ablation can be effectively and safely used to control the tachyarrhythmias in patients with concealed accessory pathways
