242例关节镜检及镜下手术的初步体会

Clinical application of aesculap arthroscope(Report of 242 cases)

本文报告了１９８９年到１９９３年，我科进行２４２例关节镜检查，其中行关节镜下半月板部分切除术３６例，关节镜下老年性膝关节骨性关节炎清理术４０例，外伤性滑膜炎清理术３０例，关节镜下韧带修补２例，关节粘连松解４例，胫骨平台骨折整复４例，化脓性关节炎清理、引流术１４例，局限性膝关节绒毛结节滑膜炎切除２例，计１３２例。文章介绍了手术方法及结果，并对有关问题进行讨论。

In this article 242 cases of arthropathy were reported from 1989 to 1993,which had totaly undergone arthroscopy.Of these cases,36 cases were treated with partial meniscectomy under arthroscope.The others were as well operated respectively upon under arthroscope,which incluped 40cases of old osteoarthritis of the knee joint,30 cases of traumatic synovitis,2 cases of ACL reconstruction,4 cases of fracture of tibial condyle,14 cases of suppurative arthritis,4 cases of arthrolysis,and 2cases of pigmented villonodular synovitis,The methods and results of the operations under arthroscope were presented in this paper,and the relevant issues were discussed.
