凸形角膜移植片治疗角膜穿孔14例报告

Corneal transplanation with the convex cornea graft(report of 14 cases)

本文采用凸形角膜移植片（即同一植片内存在部分穿透和部分板层的移植片），治疗角膜炎、角膜溃疡或角膜穿通伤，眼部碱烧伤和暴露性角膜炎所引起的穿孔或瘘管。该术式优点为角膜材料要求条件比较低，手术安全、可彻底切除病灶，封瘘效果确实，部分病例有增视的效果。

Corneal transplanation with the convex cornea graft(one part penetration and the other part lamella in the same graft) was used to treat the corneal perforation or the fistala caused by keratitis,the penetrating corneal wound, the alkaline ocular burns,and the exposure keratitis.The advantage of this surgery was that the condition of the corneal material and the focus of corneal disease could be completely resect.The fistula seals exactly.The visual acuity of some patients could be increased.
