摘要
为观察维生素E、C和B2联合应用的协同抗氧化作用,本研究采用Fe++-半胱氨酸(CYS)活性氧体系刺激大鼠肝匀浆LPO形成及四氧嘧啶诱发小鼠高LPO、高脂血症模型,结果显示,维生素E、C和B2三者联用的抗氧化作用最强,其次为其中两两组合或单一使用一种维生素;同时还表明,三种维生素联用可降低血中TC及TG含量,其效果优于两种维生素组合或单用维生素E。本研究为联用抗氧化维生素,使其发挥协同作用,从而在较低剂量情况下产生较高的抗氧化、调血脂效能提供了科学依据。
The combined effects of vitamin h, C and B2 on lipid peroxidation were investigated in Fe-Cys-induced liver homogenate on rats. Blood MDA of rats supplemented with vitamin E.C and B2 was significantly lower than those of rats supplemented with vitamin E and C,E and B2, C and B2.In alloxan-induced mice,the complex of three vitamin could markedly low blood TC and TG.
