多种病毒联合免疫治疗中、晚期荷瘤小鼠的初步研究

Studies on the virus immunotherapy of late stage S_(180) ascitic tumor in mice

本文研究了利用不同病毒联合治疗中、晚期荷Ｓ_（１８０）小鼠，进行了不同病毒联合治疗的比较，同时对治疗机理进行了初步的探讨。结果表明：两种不同芽生病毒间隔治疗中晚期Ｓ_（１８０）小鼠，发现两次病毒的治疗间隔以５～７天为佳，其治愈率在８９％～１００％；进一步研究采用裂解病毒与芽生病毒间隔治疗中、晚期Ｓ_（１８０）小鼠，也能得到一定的疗效。

The immunotherapy of mice bearing S_(180) ascitic tumors with late stage by virus was studied. Two different viruses with different intervals were given i.p.with large dose after 4 to 10 days of tumor transplantation.The curative effect was quite good. Furthermore, treatment with cytolitic virus, which can not infect tumor cells but can stimuat the kost immune system, plus 'budding virus' can also get good theraputic results.The preliminary mechanisms of the therapeutic effect was analyzed.
