摘要
采用固相抗小鼠ＣＤ_３单抗和重组白细胞介素２刺激小鼠脾细胞以诱生抗ＣＤ_３单抗激活的杀伤细胞（ＣＤ_３ＡＫ）。结果表明用这种方法诱生的ＣＤ_３ＡＫ能够增殖并介导体外抗瘤活性。
Murine spleen cells were stimulated with solid-phase anti-CD_3 monoclonal antibody and recombinant interleukine 2 to induce Anti-CD_3 monoclonal antibody activated killer cells (CD_3AK).The results shown that CD_3 AK induced in the method could proliferate and mediated antitumof effect in vitro.
