脑纤维组织细胞瘤免疫电镜研究

摘要 本文首次报告7例脑纤维组织细胞瘤免疫电镜结果。应用包埋后染色、胶体金A蛋白法。选用5种免疫标记物(α_1AT、a_1ACT、Vim.、Lys.、EMA)。α_1AT、α_1ACT及Vim。胶体金颗粒主要定位于组织细胞样细胞的胞浆内、溶酶体膜及粗面内质网;Lys.主要定位于组织细胞样细胞的溶酶体膜上;EMA(2例阳性)定位于纤维母细胞样细胞浆内。本文提出脑的纤维组织细胞瘤具有更广泛的多向分化能力,尚可能向脑膜瘤细胞分化。 The results of 7 cases of the fibrous histiocytoma of the brain are reported with immunoelectron microscopy,using post-embedding staining and gold labeled protein A method for the first time. 5 kinds of the immunomarker were used. Electron microscopically ,a-l-antitrypsin ,a-l-antichy motrypsin and vimentin were chiefly located in endoplasma, lysosomal bodies and rough endoplasmic reticulums in the histiocyte-like cells,lysozymes were chiefly located in lysosomal bodies in the histiocyte-like cells. Epithelial membrane antigen (EMA) was positive in 2 cases. EMA was chiefly located in the plasmas of the fibroblast-like cells.It is proposed that the fibrous histiocytoma of the brain may differentiate to the epithelial cells or cells of meningiomas.It may have the ability of more broad multiple differentiation.
