单剂量枢复宁预防化疗引起的恶心呕吐临床观察

The Clinical Observation,of single dose ondansetron for prevention of nausea and vomiting induced by chemotherapy

本文对７６例恶性肿瘤化疗的患者，应用单剂量枢复宁，联合其它止吐药物预防化疗引起的恶心呕吐，其中２１例患者（对照组）既往应用常规止吐方案，化疗方案相同情况下，在不同的化疗周期，进行自身对照比较。结果发现：单剂量枢复宁控制急性恶性呕吐有效率为９２．１％，与对照相比较，具有统计学差异，而且，该方案具有在化疗不同周期使用，疗效相近，毒副反应不增加的特点。

In this study,76 cases of cancer patients were included, who treated by single dose ondanstron combined with other antemetic drugs for prevention of nausea and vomiting induced by chemotherapy.21 cases of these patients (control group) had been treated by routine antiemetic regimen.Self-control comparion was made under the same chemotherpy regimen but different cycle.The result has 'shown that the response rate for acute nausea and vomiting was 92.1%, different statistically from the control group.And this regimen has characteristics of stable effect and low toxicity.
