异搏停对小鼠肝癌腹水瘤细胞Hca-F_(25)/CL-16A_3内某些钙稳态指标的影响 被引量:1

摘要 Ca2+与肿瘤代谢有着极为密切的关系。本文报道了钙拮抗剂异搏停作用于Hca-F25/CL-16A3细胞后胞内某些钙稳态指标的改变。结果表明,用药后细胞有分化现象且生长速度减慢,同时胞液Ca2+浓度和微粒体Ca2+-ATP酶活性明显降低,而线粒体和微粒体贮钙水平显著升高,细胞核钙和细胞总钙明显下降。结果提示,钙拮抗剂可使肿瘤细胞内的钙分布发生变化,从而改变了与肿瘤细胞的分化和增殖密切相关的钙恒稳状态。 In this paper, some indexes of intracellular calcium homeostsis in the ascites hepatoma cell clones of 615 inbreeding strain mice, Hca-F25/CL-16A3 before and after treated with verapamil were determined. The result showed that after treated with 100μmol/L verapamil, the tatol calcium, the level of nucleus calcium, the cytosolic free Ca2+ concentration and the activity of microsomal Ca2+-ATPase obviously decreased,while the level of mitochondrial calcium and microsomal calcium in 16A3significantly increased. These results indicated that the Ca2+ antagonits could change the intracellular calcium homeostasis whose association with tumors has been confirmed by many papers.
