摘要
用矢量法导出了旋转驴头式抽油机悬点运动的位移、速度和加速成度的表达式。给出了光杆功率、减速箱输出功率及电动机实耗功率的计算公式。对游梁式抽油机和旋转驴头式抽油机的悬点最大加速度、最大扭矩因数、曲柄轴最大扭矩及电动机实耗功率等多数进行了对比计算.结果表明:旋转驴头式抽油机的动力性能劣于游梁式抽油机.它新增的三对轴承传动增加了抽油机的耗电量。在相同工况下,它的耗电量增加率约为0.10。
Abstract With the help of the vector method,the general expressions for the displacement,ve-locity and acceleration of the polished nod on the swing horsehead pumping unit(SHPU)was introduced.On the basis of analysing the polislied rod load and the net torque at thecrankshaft,the formula used to calculating the polished nod power,output power of thegear set and the power exhusted practically by the motor were provided.The dynamic pa-rameters of beam pumping unit(BUP)and SHPU were calculated which contain the maxi-mum polished nod acceleration,the maximum torque factor,the peak torque of thecrankshaft and the average power exhausted practiclly by the motor.By comparing the cal-culations of SHPU with those of BPU,the conclusion indicates that the dynamic property ofSHPU is worse than that of BPU and that the additional power lose is preduced by the threepair of bearings of the swing horsehead mechanism, On the same condition,the averagepower exhausted practically by SHPU is about 0.10 more than that of BPU。SUBJECT TERMS:mechanism of six rods,swing horsehead pumping unit, polished nod,conventional beam pumping unit,beam pumping unit of crankshaft counterbalance of phase angle
