摘要
以乙烯副产的C_9馏分油中不饱和烃及顺酐(MA)为原料,合成出C_9-MA水溶性石油树脂。通过正文实验确定了共聚合反应的条件,研究了它的皂化反应条件以及水溶性质。在最佳反应条件下,C_9馏分油中不饱和烃转化率为0.87~0.89,相对分子质量为2.8×10 ̄4.水中溶解度为0.16,溶解速度为2~3min。
Abstract The unsaturated hydrocarbons in the C_9 fraction,a by-product of ethylene prduction,and Maleic Anhydride(MA)were used to be copolymerized to water-soluble petroleumresin. The condition of the copolymerization was studied with an orthogonal experiment.The saponifying cond ition and the water-soluble property of the water-soluble potroleumresin were investigated too. Under the optimal conditions, the percentage conversion of theunsaturated hydrocarbons in the C_9 fraction ranges from 0.87 to 0.89,while the molecularmass is 2.8× 10 ̄4,the water solubility is 0.16,and the solability rate is 2~3min.SUBJECT TERMS:petroleum resin,water-soluble, C_9 fraction,Maleic Anhydride,per-centage conversion,copolymerization,saponification
