乙烯裂解污油中大于200℃馏分油综合利用的研究

STUDY ON THE COMPREHENSIVE UTILLIZATION OF THE DISTILLATE BOILING POINT ABOVE 200℃ IN THE ETHYLENE SPLIT OIL

就大庆３０万ｔ乙烯副产物裂解污油中大于２００℃馏分油的综合利用作了３方面的探讨：（１）该馏分与大庆炼厂减压渣油按不同比例混合后制氧化沥青，得到不同条件下级化沥青主要性质曲线；（２）用该氧化沥青作原料进行生产磺化沥青的工业中试，获得的产品质量较其它原料生产的同类产品为好：（３）采集该馏门分用于生产炭黑的实际数据，证明这是又一条可行的利用途径。

We have done reseach in three ways about the comprehensive utillzation of distillateboiling point above 200℃in the by-preduct of the ethylene split oil in the Daqing ethyleneproject of 30×104. The first is the study on the production of oxilized asphalt according tothe weight proportion distillat to the vacuam residuum of Daqing Refinery. The second isthe industrial middle test of the production of sulfonation asphalt using this oxidized asphalt,and the product quality obtained is better than that of the same kind of product from otherraw material. The third is the collection of the industrial data of the distillate for the produc-tion of carbon black.and it is proved that this is another utillized way。
