NEW WIRELINE HANGER PREVENTING THE TRIP OF PUMP ROD

论述的新式悬绳器除具有普通悬绳器的功能外，还具有防止抽油杆脱扣、防止抽油杆及泵偏磨、防止抽油杆振动等功能，以防止抽油杆脱扣为主的三防悬绳器结构简单、维护方便、造价低。另外，对抽油杆旋转一周所需时间及吊绳在驴头上的安装位置进行了理论分析和公式推导，分析结果对于调节抽油杆旋转速度及吊绳在驴头上的安装位置具有指导意义。通过数口井的现场试验，特别是大泵、高冲次试验显示了它的优越性和明显的防脱作用。

The new wireline hanger was provided with the functions preventing the trip of pumprod,preventing the deleting wear of pump rod and pump, preventing the vibrating of rodstring in addition to having the function of ordinary wireline hanger. The new wirelinehanger has the characteristics of simple structure,convenient maintenance and low cost. Be-sides, theory analysis and equation establishment were carried on about the time makingpump rod rotating a circule and the installation location of hanging line in the horsehead.The results of analysis are very important to determining the rotating speed of pump rod andthe installation location of hanging line in the horsehead. The wireline hanger is excellentand the effect prevnting trip is obvious through spot experiment of several wells,especiallylarge pumps and high stroke times wells.The technique is of a higher application and dis-semination value.
