摘要
在环面蜗杆传动啮合理论分析的基础上,运用计算机代数系统REDUCEV3.3.1,得出包络环面蜗杆传动啮合特性分析方程自动求解的计算机代数系统CAS。这套系统包括坐标变换模块,啮合函数和啮合方程求解模块,蜗杆齿廓方程求解模块,界限函数求解模块以及诱导法曲率求解模块等。该系统所有的求解结果均以FORTRAN标准形式输出,直接调用即可进行数值计算。
On the basis of the meshing theory for enveloped circular worm drive,the computer al-gebra system (CAS)for automatically deducing the equations of meshing properties for thiskind of worm drive was developed by using the computer algebra system REDUCE V3.3.1.This developed CAS consists of the medule of coordinate transforming; the medules fordeducing the meshing function and meshing equations,the worm profile equations,theboundary functions and the induced normal curvature et al.All the results obtained fromthis developed CAS are in the form of standard FORTRAN which can be used in programconveniently while with computers calculating.
