摘要
借助于自制的“柔性”波导杆及自制的自动控温加热炉,完成了常见容器用钢16MnR材料试样在高温条件下声发射特性的试验研究。同时,对同样的试样还进行了常温条件下的试验,以便与高温时结果相比较。试验结果表明,随着温度的升高,材料的声发射活动性减弱,但若材料上存在缺陷,高温时仍可以监测其开裂和扩展过度,而且带切口试样在高温拉伸过程中出现两次断裂,相应产生的声发射也相当丰富。同时也表明,波导杆的合理设计和使用对研究材料高温下的声发射特性及高温设备、结构的监测有重要作用。
The testing study of AE characteristics on 16MnR tension specimens at the high tem-perature. by use of the flexible waveguides and the automatic temperature-control heatermade by ourselves,was accomplished.Meanwhile,AE testing on the same other specimenswas conducted at the normal temperature to be compared with the results at the high tem-perature. The results indicate that AE activities of the material are reduced when the tem-perature is higher, but the process of cracking and propagating can be monitoried if flawsexist in the materiel,twice fracturing of notch-specimens during tension at the high temper-ature was observed,and the corresponding AE was abundant. The results also proved,theproper design and application of the waveguides is very important to the study of AE charac-teristics of materials at the high temperature and to the AE monitoring of the devices orstructures under the high temperature services.
