C_9水泥分散剂合成及分散机理

摘要 采用自由基聚合和稀土络合催化聚合,合成了C_9馏分与马来酸酐的共聚物。再经磺化、皂化处理,得到了抗温C_9水泥分散剂。从机理上讨论了该分散剂对水泥水化体系的作用,阐明分散剂、水泥、膨润土、PHPA多组分之间的吸附作用、氢键作用及润湿作用,造成体系中颗粒间斥力增大、分散均匀,改变了水泥水化产物的分布状态,结果使MTC浆体流动性变好。进行对比实验,证明了C_9水泥分散剂的有效成分含量高及分散效果较好,应用C_9水泥分散剂能满足MTC设计指标要求。这项工作为降低水泥分散剂SSMA的成本,开发利用C_9副产物初步探索到一条途径。 Abstract The copolymers of C_9 fractions and maleic anhydride have been synthesised by makinguse free-radical and rare-earth complexing catalytic copolymerisations in the laboratory andthen we have got the temperature-resistant C_9 cement dispersdnt which are the copolymershaving been sulphonated and hydroxylated.On the mechanism,the effect of the dispersanton the MTC slurry systems have been discussed.In the dispersants,cement,bentonite andPHPA system,the absorption,hydrogen bond and moistened action were expounded. Theactions made the repulsion increase between the granules,resulted in a complete dispersionand change of hydrated cement distribution,As a result,the MTC slurry flowability was in-creasd. Composition and dispersion of the C_9 cement dispersant has been verified after theywere compared with the SSAM. It can make MTC do a good job. This research searchesout a way to reduce the SSAM cost and to make comprehensive utilization of the C_9 frac-tions.SUBJECT TERMS:dispersant,MTC slurry,cementhing,synthesis,dispersion mechanism
