摘要
研究了苯乙烯和丙烯酸十八酯以过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,以甲苯为溶剂进行的自由基溶液共聚合反应,对共聚物进行了红外光谱表征和分析,研究了不同配比的2种单体的共聚物对大庆原油的降凝效果,结合70℃热处理加入质量分数为0.005~0.01的PSOA-4可使大庆原油的凝固点从原来的35℃降低到16~17℃。
The co-polymerizations of styrene and octadecyl acrylate by BPO as initiator in tolune are studied. The IR-Spectra of the copolymer is analyzed. The effect of pour point depressing of the copolymers to Daqing crude oil is also dealt with. By adding a mass fraction of 0. 005-0. 01 of PSOA-4 to Daqing crude oil (pour point 35°C) and then having it thermally treated at 70° C, we can reduce its pour point from the original 35°C to 16-17°C.
