摘要
运动目标的识别比起静止或变化缓慢的目标识别具有更严格的要求，即要求对方位、比例因子的变化及目标的运动等因素不敏感。讨论了运动目标识别的不变矩方法后，提出了基于角特征的运动目标识别的方法。
To present a method for the recoqnition of moving object based on corner features。Therecognition of moving object requires more attention than stationary or slowly-moving ob-ject,it requires nonsensitivity on scale, direction varying and object moving.
