摘要
报道7例儿童具有典型临床特征即反复癫痫发作、获得性失语和异常EEG的Landau—KLeffner综合征。在探讨其临床特征和可能机制的基础上,对其施于抗癫痫药、激素、GABA和抗胆硷能药物,取得了一定疗效。
This article reports and analyses 7 cases of Landau -kleffner's syndrome with typical recurrent epilepsy aquired aphasia and EEG abnormalities. By reviewing the literature concerned and combination of our cases,we discuss the clinical features and possible pathogcnesis of the syndrome. AED,corticosteroicl,GABA and anticholinergics are given and all patierts improve markedly.
