从流体力学的角度研究金属塑性成形 被引量:1

摘要 现有的金属塑性力学理论在许多方面与实际存在着差异。本文阐述了流体与金属塑性成形的某些共性 ,并从流体力学的角度研究了金属塑性成形的可能性 ;根据流体运动学分析了圆柱体被镦粗时金属的动态流动情况并解释了实际生产中大型饼形件呈现内裂层缺陷的运动学原因 ;对塑性成形原理中传统相似理论之不足进行了分析 ,导出小试件对大锻件无直接模拟的可能性的结论。本文对研究应用金属塑性成形理论有一定的意义。 The present metal plasticity differs from the reality in many cases.In this paper,the common character of fluid and metal plasticity is described and the posibility of studying metal plasicity from fluid mechanics is shown.The metal flow trend of upsetting a cylinder is analyzed based on hydrokinetics and the kinetic reason why the center-transverse cracks exisit in the cake-shaped heavy forgings during production is explained.The inadequate of a resemblance theory in the traditional metal plasticity is dissected,Where a conclusion of which there is no direct resemblance for a small sample of the heavy forging is deduced.This paper is significance to the study and the application of the theory of plastic forming.
