讨论了大型双金属辊套离心复合铸造过程中的主要工艺因素对辊套质量的影响 ,探讨了辊套常见缺陷的产生及防止措施 ,为大型双金属离心复合辊套的铸造 ,确定了最佳工艺方案。

This paper has discussed the influence of the main technological factors during the centrifugal composite casting process of the heavy bimetallic cantrifugal composite roll sleeve on the quality of the roll sleeve.The causing,preventing of the roll sleeve defects were study .Then the optimum casting process of the heavy bimetallic centrifugal composite roll sleeve were given.
