摘要
清华大学开发了钢锭与锭模在钢锭凝固过程中三维温度场分析软件,提出了专用的网格划分方法和气隙边界热交换的一种新的处理方式。系统分析了22t钢锭的凝固过程,并与实测结果进行了对比分析。
In this paper a three dimensional mathematical model and analysis system of FEM are devel-
ure field of ingots and moulds. Aided by i's preprocessing system and its postprocessing system,it becomes a powerful tool for the prediction of temperature distribution of ingots and moulds with an effective method for dealing gap boundary between ingots and moulds. The excellent agreement of predicaiions and measurements of 6t and 22t ingots shows a full validation of the technique employed.
