摘要
通过对600MW汽轮机高压外缸铸件的凝固过程进行数值模拟和对该铸件自浇注起前48h的瞬态温度场的计算,分析了其工艺设计的特点与不足之处。同时对冷铁的作用范围及其局限性,以及小冷铁排布工艺的优点进行了探讨。 本文还对大型、复杂铸件数值模拟中常遇到的一些问题及其所要采取的方法等做了简明的阐述。
In this paper, based on the numerical simularion of solidifieation process of bigh-pressure
ouler casing casting for 600MWstrnm turbine and the calealation of instantaneous emperature field about 48h after poared the cabatneteristic of this process design and its deficiency have been studied at the same time the action scope and linntation of chill,and the advantage of smaller chill arrangerment process are approached .In addition,the problem abild of numercad simulation on large and complex casting and it, solution are deseribed simply.
