摘要
通过分析、讨论，得出ＫＤＰ晶体在电光效应中两个二阶轴的地位不是对称的，进而对教学中易发生的模糊认识做了澄清，并指出了某些文献中的一个错误。
By thoroughly analysing,the two twofold axes of crystal KDP is proved not to have equivalent status in electro- optic effect,even though its index ellipsoid has symmetry of rotation.A misunderstanding is cleared up,and a relative error in a series of Yariv's books is also pointed out.
