本文作者提出了生物体系耗散参量的概念,并用来定义生物学的最适剂量原理,在酵母细胞生长的理论和产生研究中进行了应用,得到了一些有价值的结果.生物体系遵循最适剂量原理.
Biosystem is being kept continuously by support of substances and enerpe. At the same time,it demands a certain qnantitative egion of each substance or energy. If the concentration of a motabolite is more or less than the region,changes in motabolic processes will occur,which would be harmful to the organisms for animal cells and be fatal for the grievous cases. It may be due to that a cartain amount of each substance or energy in the micro environment is one of prerequisites for a biomacromolecule carries out its function and keeps the correct conformation of the active site.Definition of .the Principle with the consumption peramater and utilization of it for a fed-batch culture of Baker's yeast deduce out some important conclusions for the cell growth. It appears that living Process may coformed to the rule of the principle.
