摘要
本文在探讨工程还建移民安置评价方法的基础上，建立了移民安置泛评价的指标体系，并提出了泛评价的方法和模型。将它用于龙滩工程移民安置评价，取得了较满意的效果。该泛评价体系具有较好的完整性和实用性，所建工程迁建移民安置评价模型富有新意，这对大、中型工程迁建移民安置问题具有较高的参考价值。
