鲁南化肥厂水煤浆加压气化装置灰水系统阻垢处理研究

Study on the treatment of scale deposition occurred in soot water system of pressured water-coal slurry gasification unit, Lunan Chemical Fertilizer plant

鲁南化肥厂水煤浆加压气化装置灰水为高硬、高碱度、高pH值严重结垢型水质,且工艺过程为高温、高压,故灰水系统存有严重结垢障碍,严重影响了合成氨的生产。化工部天津化工研究院工业水处理工程技术中心采用本中心研制生产的阻垢分散剂TS—1213有效地解决了灰水系统的结垢问题。

The soot water of pressured water-coal slurry gasification unit, Lunan Chemical fertilizer plant presents itself as a basic water with high hardness and pH value and is liable to scale seriously. The gasifiction process being operated at high temperature and pressure strengthened the scaling tendency in soot water system, inhibiting to great extent the ammonia production. The industrial water processing center under Tianjin Chemical Institute of Ministry of Chemical Industry has applied the scale dispersion agent of type TS-1213 developed by its own to solving effectively the problem of scale deposition in sool-water system.
