四轴平台新型框架支承系统

摘要 新型高精度框架支承系统,即带预紧“无间隙”自润滑轴承框架支承系统的结构形式为固定端用成对面对面大接触角轴承,游动端用成对面对面小接触角轴承。这种新型柜架支承的特点是通过准确可靠的预紧,提高了系统支承刚度,解决了稳定平台台体的定位精确度问题。它采用的自润滑轴承使其摩擦力矩比脂润滑轴承的摩擦力矩大大下降并且稳定,为力矩电机小容量设计提供了可靠的依据。新型高精度框架支承系统经受了恶劣环境条件的考验,已成功地应用于四轴稳定平台。并且此系统经历了新型火箭飞行试验,通过发射卫星,又取得了入轨精度的验证。设计、生产、地面试验和飞行试验表明,该系统是平台支承系统发展的方向。 The new type of bearing supported gimbal system with high precision, which is a non clearance and self lubrication system with preloading, is supported by a pair of face to face large contact angle ball bearings at the fixed end and by a pair of face to face small contact angle ball bearings at its movable end.This supported system improves the system stiffness and ensures the positioning accuracy of the stable member by means of the accurate and reliable preloading.The system employs self-lubricating bearings which offer much smaller and more stable bearing friction torque than grease luburication bearings, providing reliable basis for design of the small capacity torque motor. This system has experienced the severe environment condition and has been used successfully in four-axis stable platform system. It has undergone new type rocket flight test, and gained high orbit injection accuracy in satellite launching. The system represents the new developing of the platform supporting system.
