装药射击安全性模拟检测方法研究 被引量:12

摘要 围绕着影响发射装药射击安全性的主要因素,研究了发射药的力学强度与膛内点火动力学条件之间的匹配,并建立了发射药粒动态强度的测量方法。考虑了发射时膛内的诸多复杂因素,例如药粒在膛内受到的撞击与压缩,提出了提高装药发射安全性的途径以及实验室模拟检测方法。 Focusing on the most important effects on firing safety of propellant charge, this paper studies the compatibility between the mechanical strength and the initial dynamic environment in bore, and describes the measuring method of dynamic strength of propellant grains.The results are presented. Many important phenomena happened during firing are considered, such as impact and compressing of propellant grains in bore. The approach to improve firing safety of propellant charge and the laboratory simulation method of firing safety of propellant charge are suggested .
