摘要
本文探讨了提高浇注聚氨酯耐热性的几条途径:(1)MOCA与TMP并用作为扩链剂;(2)用部分秋兰姆(TETD)或二乙基二硫化氨基甲酸锌(EZ)硫化促进剂;(3)填加无机耐热填料石英粉。试验结果表明:MOCA与TMP并用作为交联剂及填加无机耐热填料石英粉可提高聚氨酯耐热性。
The paper studied the ways of raising heat-resistance of casting polyurethane.(1)MOCA and TMP were used as compound chain extender,(2)TETD and EZ were used as vulcanizing agent;(3)Inorganic filler,such as quartz powder,was filled.The results showed it might raise the heat st resistance of casting polyurethane to use the compound chain extender of MOCA ad TMP and quartz powder.
